There is nothing more luxurious than taking some time for yourself. We do breakfast slowly and calmly. It is about love and passion for our region and for the hospitality that we are happy to share with you. The aroma of coffee, pancakes and scrambled eggs will entice you every morning to the buffet.

Fresh products every day
You will find homemade cakes, biscuits and croissants every morning. All the sweet treats are made by Lilly, our pastry chef, the bread is fresh even on Sunday, the coffee and cappuccinos are made to order, while the fruit is fresh, seasonal and high-quality, as are the cured meats and cheeses, and the jams are strictly organic. The buffet is open from 7:00 to 10:00 am.
Gluten-free or lactose-free specialities
Everyone will be able to find what they are looking for. If you ask our staff, you will be able to get packaged and certified gluten-free or lactose-free specialities. Certain milk substitutes are also available, such as rice, soy or oat milk. You will also find natural sweeteners, such as agave syrup, honey and stevia. Tell us what you need before you arrive and we will get you what you want.
Not just breakfast
At the bar, you will be able to sip regional wines and drinks all day long, from great international classics to aperitifs made by expert barmen. The bar is also the perfect place to talk about work, to stop for a chat, or to have a quick, light snack before exploring the beauty Bologna has to offer.
