How do i get a quotation?
You can use our online booking system. After entering the details of stay, you will see all available offers before the final confirmation. If you prefer you can send an email to booking@hotelrelaisbellaria.com indicating your requirements or call us at 051-453103
Which are the available room types?
You can choose from Standard, Superior and Junior Suite. For more information on features and services visit the section dedicated to our rooms.
Have you got family rooms?
Yes. Our Junior Suite can accommodate 3 adults and one child (maximum 10 years old). Alternatively, you can book two connecting rooms which can accomodate up to a maximum of 5 people.
Have you got smoking rooms?
Yes. Some of our rooms are for smokers. The Superior rooms, Junior Suites and Deluxe Suites, thanks to their garden terraces, offer an opportunity for outdoor relaxation for smokers.
The property is accessible to people in wheelchairs?
Yes. The whole building is totally wheelchair-accessible and have disability-friendly rooms.
How far is the hotel from Bologna city centre?
The hotel is 5 km from the city center. From 6.30 to 20.30 are available public lines n. 36 and 90, respectively connecting with the railway station and the center of Bologna. The bus stop is only 200 meters from our reception.
How far is the hotel from Bologna Fair District?
The hotel is 7 km from the exhibition center, easily reached from the ringroad in 10 minutes.
May i cancel my reservation?
If you want to cancel an existing reservation go on the “cancel reservation” in the booking box. Please enter your booking confirmation number. Once recovered the reservation, select the “delete” key. The confirmation of cancellation will be sent to your e-mail address.
Where i find the cancellation policy?
The terms of cancellations are within the booking form and your email booking confirmation.
By when can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free within 48 hours before the arrival date, with the exception of non-refundable offers.
During the main trade fair periods, cancellation is FREE up to 7 days before arrival.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards:

What time can i check-in?
Check-in can be done after 3.00 pm. If you arrive before this time, inform us in advance. We will do our best to ensure that your room is ready at your arrival.
What time can i check-out?
Check-out is possible until 11.00.
Is it possible to leave the room after 11.00 am?
Late check-out is subject to a surcharge. You can check the availability with our staff at the reception or by sending an e-mail prior to arrival to reservations@hotelrelaisbellaria.com
Can i temporarily leave my luggage at the hotel?
Luggage can be kept in storage by delivering at reception.
What are the opening hours for the Corbezzoli Restaurant?
The Corbezzoli is always open for lunch and dinner, closed only on Sundays for weekly rest.
Can I also book half board or full board?
Yes, it is possible to book standard half board or gourmet half board on this site. You will find this possibility during the online booking phase. For further information and quotes please contact us directly.
What time the breakfast starts?
Breakfast is available daily from 07.00 to 10.00.
How does the breakfast buffet works?
Our breakfast includes everything you need to have a tasty continental breakfast, with sweet and savory specialties.
You will have free access to the buffet to choose what you want, while our dining room staff will serve you hot drinks at the table, after coming to take your order.
Have you got special menus for any food intolerances and allergies?
Yes. You can always ask for specific products for the main food allergies and gluten-free recipes. We advise you to report any need during the booking process.
Is the distance between tables maintained at restaurant?
Of course, you can sit comfortably at your table with your family, in the tranquility that our staff has thought of everything for your safety.
Is it possible to connect to Internet?
The hotel offers free wi-fi throughout the hotel and is always included. You can request your login at our reception.
Have you got a shuttle service from/to the airport?
Our shuttle service is upon reservation. We are available for any additional information on the organization of your travels and your tours.
The parking is free of charge?
The large internal parking and video surveillance of the Hotel is always included in the rate.
Pets allowed?
In the rooms of the Relais Bellaria, dogs, cats and other pets will be allowed to stay with you and enjoy a perfect furry holiday. One pet is allowed per room. Additional pets in the same room must be reported and authorized by the hotel at the time of booking. A daily cleaning reimbursement of €10 is required for every pet.
Do you have a laundry service?
Yes. We offer a laundry service from Monday to Friday with collection and delivery within 24 hours. You will find more information and price list of the service directly in the room.
What activities can i do directly in the hotel?
The hotel has a wonderful outdoor relaxation pool, with solarium, points and hydromassage tubs, available in the summer months. All year round it is possible to use a Technogym® gym upon reservation, a reading space with a book exchange point, and it is possible to go jogging and walking inside our beautiful 4000 m2 park.
Is there an obbligation to wear a mask in the common areas?
As per legislation, the use of the mask is foreseen in the common areas from the age of 6.
Are the hotel, its rooms and rooms safe and sanitized?
We have intensified the sanitation procedures in all areas of the hotel and on all contact surfaces.
What types of products are used for the sanitation of spaces and rooms?
We only use professional cleaning products and have introduced new products (which contain over 70% alcohol) to ensure the proper sanitation of all spaces. The keys are also sanitized at each customer change.
